PACAMARA

Main characteristic of sowing: from 1,680 to 1,750 meters in height.

This variety is particularly special, since it is a creation of the Salvadoran Institute for Coffee Research in 1958, as a result of a cross between the Pacas and Maragogipe varieties. This coffee is unique and very desirable all over the world, due to its distinctive characteristics in its exquisite and peculiar sweet and chocolaty taste.
